1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

3. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier delays.
Chow Gaming is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Please note that Chow Gaming is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Chow Gaming is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
